O-bit Telecom would like to congratulate Rob Kay from RDS-global on winning our Customer Service Agreement Competition.
Rob was among many resellers who entered the competition to win 2 VIP tickets to O-bit’s Wembley Stadium corporate box.
The Customer Service Agreement was sent out to O-bit’s customer base in Summer 2010.
Operations Manager, Paul Richens says “At O-bit our Team receive around 5000 emails per month and 2500 phone calls. It is important that our customers fully understand the structure and escalation procedures of O-bit and how it affects them. We wanted to explain to them where we are as a business, following our continuing success and growth.”
The competition was a simple multiple choice question made from information contained in the new Customer Service Agreement.
The question was – What is the lead time for an ISDN30e brand new install?
The answer was 20 working days.
Rob Kay and a guest will be going to see the Denver Broncos vs. The San Francisco 49ers in the NFL League Game later this month with full hospitality courtesy of O-bit Telecom.
Dave Breith – CEO O-bit Telecom ads “We have held memorable events in the box with staff and customers who have all thoroughly enjoyed themselves and this will be no exception. The last two matches held here have been greatly received and we’re all really looking forward to it. O-bit Telecom love being part of international sporting events.”
